To bring your performance to the next level you need optimal shoulder mobility. Do you have shoulder pain when going overhead with a snatch, jerk, or press? Are you constantly pushing through shoulder pain? Well, it’s time to start working on your shoulder mobility to increase your performance and to decrease your pain and injury risk.
Shoulder problems are the #1 injury that we see at Lux Physical Therapy and Performance. 95% of these injuries could have been avoided by proactive and preventative shoulder mobility and stability work. Come to Lux’s Shoulder Mobility and Movement Workshop taught by Dr. Grayson Wickham, PT, DPT, CSCS to find out why you should be working on your shoulders and T-spine and to learn our go-to mobility and stability mobilizations and movements that we utilize with our athletes in the clinic. This is more than a mobility class.
The workshop will be hosted by Crow Hill CrossFit on Saturday, January 7, from 12-2 pm. Cost is $20 per athlete and open to everyone. Please bring a lacrosse ball or other type of mobility ball if you own one. Dr. Grayson Wickham will be available after the workshop to answer any and all performance, mobility, and or injury questions.
