The CrossFit Bronze Membership is for the athlete who only trains 2x a week CrossFit, but is staying active with either a sport or other fitness routine. This membership allows for athletes to attend 9 CrossFit classes a month. It does not include Open Gym. We recommend this membership for athletes with at least 3 month's of CrossFit training. Athletes should establish a firm knowlegdge of the movements employed in the regular CrossFit classes by regularly practicing them before switching down to a Bronze Membership. This membership option can be great for those who play sports regularly or engage in other training outside of CrossFit.
Membership may be canceled by emailing us at email@example.com 48 hours before the membership renews. There are no refunds. Membership may not be transferred. Holds may be applied for medical reasons with note from Doctor. Medical holds may not be applied retroactively. Athletes must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of the Doctors note stating the start and finish date of the hold.
