Our free intro class is the perfect starting place for a new athlete looking to get started with CrossFit. We will put you through a workout and answer all your questions!

Our On Ramp classes are the first two weeks of our On Ramp membership. These classes are designed for the first time CrossFit athlete looking to get started.

Our CrossFit classes are the heart of our program. Here we emphasize techniques that are safe and effective at promoting a healthier, fitter you. These classes are one hour long.

Looking for a great general fitness program for your kids? Well, look no further. Kids ages 7 to 13 are welcome to drop in to our kids program. Classes are designed around age appropriate exercises and games to help get your kids moving.

We have dedicated lifting platforms and a general conditioning area that is open for our Silver and Gold members to work out on their own. Sometimes you may need to work on your weaknesses outside of classes, and we want you to be able to do so!
Choose the membership that is right for you! Our Gold Monthly Membership is perfect for the athlete that will train 5x a week. That athlete will certainly be challenged! Our Silver Monthly Membership is perfect for those who are looking to just get into shape. Consistently coming 3x a week helps most athletes meet their fitness goals. Whatever your needs are, we have the right membership for you!
Our Gold Membership is a monthly membership for EXPERIENCED CROSSFIT ATHLETES. This membership has unlimited CrossFit classes per month and unlimited Open Gym Access.
Our Silver Membership is a monthly membership for EXPERIENCED CROSSFIT ATHLETES. This membership has 13 CrossFit classes per month and unlimited Open Gym Access.
Our Bronze Membership is a monthly membership for EXPERIENCED CROSSFIT ATHLETES. This membership has 9 CrossFit classes per month and no Open Gym Access.
Our On Ramp membership is for NEW TO CROSSFIT ATHLETES. The membership is for two weeks of 6 On Ramp classes AND two weeks of 6 Regular CrossFit classes over a four week time period.
